The buttons you use to add subordinates, co-workers, managers, and assistants aren’t difficult to use, and your best bet is simply to experiment with them. To remove an Organization Position box, click it, click the Edit menu, and then click Cut or press the Delete key.

4. Describe individual positions.

Click a Position box. After it becomes a text box, enter the position information you want. Typically, you type the name of the person filling the position in the first line and you type the person’s title in the second line.

You can also include a line or two of comment or general information. You can edit this Position box text in the same way that you edit text anywhere else. Continue describing the other positions.  a simple but completed organization chart.

NOTE:

Use the View menu commands to resize the image on the organization chart.
