Which One Better, Shared Hosting or VPS Hosting?
This morning, I got a message from one of this reader blog about hosting (again?
). Well, as much as I love to answer all of your questions personally, I think it’s better to bring such an interesting question up here so you all know my opinion, okay?
The question is “Which one better, share hosting or VPS hosting?” Well, the answer is it depends on your needs. For example, you may use share hosting package if you only need to use your website for blogging or open a small business it. You should keep in mind that in share hosting, you and plenty other people use the ‘share’ resources. That’s why even if you see lot of word ‘unlimited’ the promotional banner in a web hosting provider website, it’s not really true (If you go to a computer store and ask for unlimited storage? I believe the shop keeper will think that you’re bit crazy).
What about VPS (Virtual Private Server) Hosting? VPS Hosting is more exclusive hosting package where a server only divided into several people only. That’s why the price of the VPS hosting is more expensive. But in term of performance, VPS hosting is better than a shared hosting (I think that what your money for). If you run a medium size business, I think you better use this hosting package. If you want to get good VPS hosting deal, I think you can visit Avahost.net, the inexpensive web hosting provider.
I think that’s it guys! Hope it helps.
